Make the Ravioli Dough
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Create a well in the center, add eggs, and mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface until smooth. Wrap in plastic and let rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped basil, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Roll Out the Dough
Divide the dough into four pieces. Roll each piece thinly with a pasta machine or rolling pin on a floured surface.

Form the Ravioli
Place teaspoons of the filling on one sheet of dough, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Moisten the edges with water, then cover with another sheet of dough. Press down to seal and cut into squares.

Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli in batches for 3-4 minutes until they float. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.

Serve
Plate the ravioli and top with marinara sauce. Garnish with additional Parmesan and basil if desired.
