Method
Root Beer Preparation

Make the Root Beer Base
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add sassafras, sarsaparilla, and wintergreen. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Strain the mixture and return the liquid to the pot.

Sweeten and Ferment
Add 2 cups of sugar to the strained liquid and stir until dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then add yeast. Cover and let ferment in a dark place for 24-48 hours.

Bottle
Once fermentation is complete, carefully bottle the root beer, leaving a little space at the top. Seal the bottles and refrigerate.
Vanilla Cream Soda Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of carbonated water, 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract, and 1 cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Add Cream
Slowly add 1 cup of heavy cream to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.

Serve
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Orange Cream Soda Preparation

In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of carbonated water, 2 tablespoons of orange extract, and 1 cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Slowly add 1 cup of heavy cream to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
