Prepare the Salmon
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, blackening seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Salmon
Place the seasoned salmon in the heated skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

Prepare the Salad
Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Add the buttermilk Caesar dressing and toss to coat the greens evenly.

Assemble the Salad
Add croutons and grated Parmesan cheese to the dressed romaine and toss gently.

Plate the salad and top with the blackened salmon. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
