Spread pimento cheese on each slider bun, place the cooked patty on top, add pickles, and top with the other half of the bun.

Blackened Catfish

4

Season the Catfish

Rub catfish fillets with blackening spice on both sides.

5

Cook the Catfish

In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat, add catfish, and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened.

6

Assemble the Sliders

Place the blackened catfish on a slider bun, top with lettuce and tomato slices, and close with the other half of the bun.

BBQ Pork

If pulled pork is not already prepared, cook pork shoulder until tender and shred.
