Preparation
- 1
Cook the Capellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the capellini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
- 2
Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- 3
Add Shrimp and Capers
Add the tiger shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- 4
Deglaze with Wine
Pour in the dry white wine and fresh lemon juice. Stir in the capers and allow the mixture to simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce has reduced slightly.
- 5
Combine with Pasta
Add the drained capellini to the skillet and toss gently to combine with the shrimp and sauce. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
Serving
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
