Preparation

Chill the Ingredients

Place the peach liqueur and prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure they are chilled.

Prepare the Glasses

Select your serving glasses, preferably champagne flutes or wine glasses, and set them aside.

Slice the Peaches

Wash the peaches thoroughly. Slice two fresh peaches into thin wedges for garnish.

Prepare Mint Garnish

Rinse the mint leaves under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

Mixing

Combine the Ingredients

In a large mixing jug, pour in 1 cup of peach liqueur.

Add Prosecco

Slowly add 2 cups of chilled prosecco to the jug with the peach liqueur. Stir gently to combine.

Serving

Pour into Glasses

Carefully pour the peachcello mixture into the prepared glasses, filling each about three-quarters full.

Garnish the Drink

Add a slice of peach and a mint leaf to each glass for garnish.

Serve Immediately

Serve the peachcello immediately while it's still bubbly and chilled.
