Juicing the Blood Oranges
If using fresh blood oranges, cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer until you have 2 cups of blood orange juice.

Chilling the Prosecco
Chill the prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure it is nice and cold.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, gently combine the blood orange juice and chilled prosecco. Stir gently to mix without losing the bubbles from the prosecco.
Serving

Pour and Garnish
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes or glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of blood orange on the rim.
