Marinate the Pork
Place the pork shoulder in a large dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the pork is well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Roast the Pork
Remove the pork from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven for about 4 to 5 hours, or until the meat is tender and the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C). Baste occasionally with the marinade.

Rest and Shred
Once done, remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes. Shred the meat using two forks.

Prepare the Bread
Slice the crusty bread rolls in half, creating a top and bottom.
