Preparing the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Making the Fusion Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and grated ginger. Stir well to combine.

Simmer the Sauce
Heat the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it slightly thickens.

Finish the Sauce
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Plating

Serve the Chicken
Place the grilled chicken breasts on a serving platter. Drizzle the fusion sauce generously over the top before serving.
