Lamb Burger

Method

Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lamb Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined, then form into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Make the Tzatziki Sauce

In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the brioche buns on the grill or skillet. Place a lamb patty on the bottom half of each bun, top with crumbled goat cheese, pickled onions, and a generous dollop of cucumber tzatziki. Place the top half of the bun on each burger.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the lamb burgers with fries on the side.
