Ingredients for Chicken Tenders and French Fries
Method
Directions for Preparing Chicken Tenders and French Fries
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Tenders
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare oil for frying. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. In three separate bowls, place the flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs, coating evenly.
- 2
Fry or Bake the Tenders
2. If frying, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. If baking, place the coated strips on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Prepare the French Fries
3. While the chicken is cooking, wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Rinse under cold water and pat dry. If frying, heat vegetable oil in a separate deep skillet. Fry the potato strips in batches until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. If baking, toss the potato strips in a little oil and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400°F (200°C), flipping halfway through.
