Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Broccoli

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry.

2

Season the Broccoli

In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3

Roast the Broccoli

Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and slightly charred.

4

Make the Sriracha Aioli

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and grated ginger. Adjust the sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.

5

Serve

Once the broccoli is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle with sweet and sour sauce. Serve with the sriracha aioli on the side for dipping. Garnish with sesame seeds.
