Prepare the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Prepare the Hoja Santa
Finely chop the hoja santa leaves and add them to the dressing mixture.

In a large salad bowl, combine the frisée lettuce and diced heirloom tomatoes.
