Prepare the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, cook the eggs sunny-side-up over medium heat until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Heat the Salsa
In a large skillet, warm the tomatillo salsa over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and stir until heated through.

Combine Totopos
Add the totopos (tortilla chips) to the skillet with the salsa and chicken. Gently toss to coat the chips without breaking them.

Serve
Divide the chilaquiles mixture onto plates. Top each serving with a sunny-side-up egg, and garnish with chopped cilantro, avocado slices, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
