Prepare the Glass
Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the pineapple rum, toasted-coconut Campari, and sweet vermouth.

Shake with Ice
Add ice cubes to the shaker, then shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain into Glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top. Serve immediately.
