Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Season the Ahi tuna steak with house blend seasonings and sesame seeds. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

2

Sear the Tuna

Heat a skillet over high heat. Add a small amount of oil. Once hot, sear the tuna steak for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

3

Prepare the Wontons

In the same skillet, lightly fry the wonton wrappers until they are crisp and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4

Assemble the Dish

Slice the seared tuna into thin slices. Arrange the crispy wontons on a plate, top with sliced tuna, and serve with pickled ginger, wasabi, and fresh spinach on the side.
