Marinated Crab Fingers Ingredients

Method

Directions for Marinated Crab Fingers

1

Marinate the Crab

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the crab claws and toss to coat well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2

Prepare the Aioli

In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chopped capers, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

3

Toast the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

4

Sauté the Crab

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated crab claws and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.

5

Serve

Plate the sautéed crab claws with the lemon caper aioli on the side and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with the toasted baguette slices.
