Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Garlic and Herbs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and roast them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until soft and fragrant. Once done, let them cool, then mash them in a bowl. Mix in the chopped fresh herbs.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, roasted garlic and herb mixture, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, then form into two equal patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the burgers and place 2 ounces of bleu cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet for a minute. Place a lettuce leaf on each bun bottom, followed by the cooked patty topped with bleu cheese, and a slice of tomato. Add the top bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the bleu cheeseburgers immediately with a side of seasoned fries.
