1. Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
2. Cook Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
3. Cook Salmon
In the same skillet, add salmon fillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Remove and set aside.
4. Cook Mussels
Add mussels to the skillet along with white wine and lemon juice. Cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes or until mussels open.
5. Combine Ingredients
Return shrimp and salmon to the skillet, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and gently combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
6. Serve
Serve hot with a wedge of lemon on the side.
