Pasta

Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

Vegetable Sauté

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.

  2. 3

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.

Combine and Serve

  1. 4

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.

  2. 5

    Season and Serve

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve immediately.
