Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini into small pieces. Mince the garlic and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Spinach

Rinse the spinach under cold water and roughly chop if the leaves are large.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Meat

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and pork, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

  3. 5

    Add Garlic and Spinach

Stir in the minced garlic and chopped spinach. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.

  4. 6

    Season the Mixture

Sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well and allow to cook for an additional minute.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Fill the Tortillas

Take a tortilla wrap and place a generous amount of the meat and vegetable mixture in the center. Top with cheddar cheese.

  2. 8

    Roll the Tortillas

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve

Slice the rolled tortilla wraps in half and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious belly wraps!
