Sliders

Method

Sliders

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the seasoned beef mixture into three equal portions and shape each portion into a slider-sized patty, about ½ inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the King's Hawaiian Rolls in half. Place each cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the roll. Top with pickles and the top half of the roll.

Swamp Sauce

  1. 6

    Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

  2. 7

    Serve the Sauce

Serve the swamp sauce on the side or drizzle it on top of the sliders before serving.
