Prepare the Cocktail Shaker
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice to chill the drink.

Combine Ingredients
Pour 1 oz of Beefeater Gin, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.25 oz of simple syrup into the shaker.

Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a champagne flute or coupe glass.

Slowly add 3 oz of Cupcake Prosecco to the glass, allowing it to gently mix with the gin mixture.
