Prepare the Creamy Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Using a hand mixer or a fork, blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Seafood and Seasoning
Fold in the chopped shrimp, crawfish tails, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and chopped green onions. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Chill the Dip
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, then gently fold in the grated Parmesan cheese.

Fry the Hushpuppies
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Once hot, drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Transfer the chilled seafood dip to a serving bowl. Crumble the fried hushpuppies over the top for garnish.

Serve tortilla chips on the side, sprinkled with seasoned salt to taste.
