Combine Ingredients
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and white rum.

Add the ice cubes to the blender with the other ingredients.

Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and creamy.

Take a chilled glass and pour the blended mixture into it.
