Salmon

Lemon Dill Sauce

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  3. 3

    Sear the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes without moving, until the skin is crispy and the salmon is cooked halfway up. Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Making the Lemon Dill Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, and honey. Stir until well mixed.

  2. 5

    Season the Sauce

Add salt and black pepper to the sauce to taste, mixing well.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Salmon

Place a salmon fillet on each plate and drizzle generously with the lemon dill sauce.

  2. 7

    Garnish

Garnish with additional dill or lemon slices if desired.
