Lemon Dill Sauce
Method
Preparing the Salmon

Season the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Sear the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes without moving, until the skin is crispy and the salmon is cooked halfway up. Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Making the Lemon Dill Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, and honey. Stir until well mixed.

Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to the sauce to taste, mixing well.
Serving

Plate the Salmon
Place a salmon fillet on each plate and drizzle generously with the lemon dill sauce.

Garnish
Garnish with additional dill or lemon slices if desired.
