Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Coat the salmon fillets in the mixture and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus, slice the zucchini into rounds, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Lightly coat the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have grill marks.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter carefully to avoid burning.

  2. 7

    Add Lemon and Garlic

Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.

  3. 8

    Combine Sauce with Salmon

Remove the sauce from heat and drizzle over the grilled salmon just before serving.
