Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Dice the bell pepper and onion, and wash the spinach. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the 3 eggs, add salt and black pepper, and whisk until well combined.

  3. 3

    Cook the Vegetables

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.

  4. 4

    Add the Eggs

Pour the whisked eggs over the cooked vegetables in the skillet. Allow the eggs to set for a minute.

  5. 5

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the omelette. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the edges are set and the cheese melts.

  6. 6

    Fold and Serve

Carefully fold the omelette in half using a spatula. Slide it onto a plate and serve immediately.
