Cooking the Pasta

Boil the Water
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.

Cook the Spaghetti
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.

Reserve Pasta Water
Before draining, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the spaghetti.
Preparing the Sauce

Cook the Pancetta
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pancetta. Cook until it becomes crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Mix Eggs and Cheese
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. Add a generous amount of black pepper.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta and Pancetta
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with pancetta. Toss well to coat the pasta in the pancetta fat.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
