Chicken Marinade

Club Assembly

Method

Chicken Marinade

  1. 1

    Prepare the marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken

Add the Jidori chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking the Chicken

  1. 3

    Cook the chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

  2. 4

    Rest the chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Bacon Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Toast the bread

Lightly toast the brioche bread slices on a grill or in a toaster.

  2. 7

    Slice the vegetables

Slice the tomato and avocado into thin slices.

  3. 8

    Assemble the club sandwich

On a slice of toasted brioche, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, add a layer of lettuce, sliced chicken, bacon, tomato slices, avocado slices, and cheddar cheese. Top with another slice of toasted brioche. Repeat the layers for the second club sandwich.

  4. 9

    Serve

Cut the assembled club sandwiches in half and serve with additional mayonnaise on the side, if desired.
