Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Sauté the Zucchini and Bell Pepper
Add the diced zucchini and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Cook the Carrots and Tomatoes
Add the julienned carrots and halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Spinach and Basil
Stir in the fresh spinach and chopped basil. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the spinach wilts.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together to combine well.

Season and Serve
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
