Preparing the Croutons

Bake the Croutons
Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Making the Dressing

Prepare the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, mash the garlic and anchovy fillets together until a paste forms. Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.

Emulsify the Dressing
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is thick and creamy. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Dry it with a salad spinner or pat dry with paper towels. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the torn romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently until the lettuce is well coated with the dressing.
