Coffee Preparation

1. Brew Espresso

Start by brewing 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine. If you don't have one, you can use a stovetop espresso maker or any strong coffee brewing method.

2. Prepare Hot Water

Boil 60 ml of water and keep it hot. This water will be used to dilute the espresso slightly, making it easier to blend with the milk.

3. Heat Milk

In a small saucepan, heat 240 ml of milk over medium heat until it's steaming but not boiling.

4. Froth Milk

Using a milk frother or a whisk, froth the heated milk until you achieve a creamy texture with microfoam.

Assembling the Latte

5. Combine Espresso and Water

In a large cup or mug, pour the brewed espresso shots and add the hot water. Stir gently to combine.

6. Add Milk and Syrup

Slowly pour the frothed milk into the espresso mixture, allowing the foam to rise to the top. Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup for sweetness.

7. Garnish

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon on top for flavor and decoration.
