Directions
- 1
Prepare the Croissants
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the croissants in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- 2
Fill the Croissants
Spread the burrata cheese evenly inside each croissant. Layer the mortadella on top of the burrata, then sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3
Toast the Croissants
Spread butter on the outside of each croissant. Place them on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Add Honey
Remove the croissants from the oven and drizzle honey over the top of each toasted croissant while they're still warm.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
If desired, garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy your toasted honey croissant!
