Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce

In a blender or food processor, combine parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Blend until finely chopped. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Farm Eggs

Preheat a grill or a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Drizzle the eggs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Remove from heat and keep warm.

  3. 3

    Grill the Wagyu Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Season the Wagyu steak generously with salt and black pepper. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Heirloom Tomatoes

Slice the heirloom tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Serve

On a plate, serve the grilled Wagyu steak alongside the wood-roasted farm eggs and sliced heirloom tomatoes. Drizzle the chimichurri sauce over the steak and enjoy!
