Prepare the Ingredients

    Prepare the Avocado Spread

    In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado. Add lemon juice, chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

    Thinly slice the red onion and set aside.

    In a small pot, bring water to a boil. Gently add the egg and cook for 6-7 minutes for a soft-boiled egg. Remove and immerse in cold water. Peel and set aside.
