Season the steak, chicken, and shrimp with salt and black pepper. Grill each protein separately until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes for steak and chicken, and 3-4 minutes for shrimp. Allow to rest before slicing.

Grill the Proteins

Warm the flour tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Prepare the Tortillas

On each tortilla, layer sliced steak, chicken, and shrimp. Add a generous spoonful of Salsa Verde, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream. Top with freshly chopped cilantro.

Assemble the Burritos

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to form a burrito.

Wrap the Burritos

Cut the burritos in half and serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing.
