Cook the Meat
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add ground lamb and beef, cooking until browned. Break up the meat with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the Sauce
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let it cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the Pasta
In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine and Serve
Toss the cooked tagliatelle with the Bolognese sauce. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.
