1. Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the mixed olives, olive oil, lemon zest, orange zest, smashed garlic cloves, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and black peppercorns. Mix well to ensure the olives are evenly coated.
2. Marinate
