Method

Cook Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water.

  2. 2

    Cook Pasta

Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Vegetables

  1. 3

    Chop Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 4

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 5

    Add Vegetables

Add the chopped vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli) to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still vibrant.

Combine and Serve

  1. 6

    Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together to combine.

  2. 7

    Season

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and vegetables. Toss well to combine.

  3. 8

    Garnish

Serve the Pasta Primavera hot, garnished with the remaining Parmesan cheese and fresh basil on top.
