Prepare the Pork
Thinly slice the pork tenderloin against the grain. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices of your choice.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers and sauté until they are soft, about 5 minutes.

Cook the Pork
Add the seasoned pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in the white corn and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add BBQ Sauce
Pour the Panca chili mango BBQ sauce over the pork and vegetables. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Prepare Garlic Rice
In a separate saucepan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Heat through.
