Preheat the Broiler
Preheat your broiler on high for about 10 minutes.

Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Salmon
Place the sockeye salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Broil the Salmon
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet. Broil for 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
