Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined, then form into a patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved.

Burger Assembly

  1. 3

    Toast the Bun

Toast the brioche bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the smoked tomato jam on the bottom half of the bun. Place the cooked patty on top.

  3. 5

    Top the Burger

Layer the candied bacon, Swiss cheese, caramelized onion, lettuce, and tomato on top of the patty. Finish with the top half of the bun.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into fry shapes. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry.

  2. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 8

    Season the Fries

Remove fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
