Preparing the Steak

Season the Steak
Rub the filet mignon with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the Lobster
Preheat the broiler. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.

Broil the Lobster
Melt butter in a small saucepan and add garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat. Broil for about 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Cook the Rice
Add the rice and salt, stirring to coat. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Serve the filet mignon alongside the broiled lobster tail. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture and serve with rice pilaf.
