Lobster Tail Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat your broiler on high. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fins. Gently pull the meat up and out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.

  3. 3

    Broil the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a broiler pan, meat side up. Broil for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned. Brush with the remaining butter mixture halfway through cooking.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the oven and let them rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
