Kneophla Preparation

Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, water, and salt. Knead until smooth and let rest for 30 minutes.

Shape and Cook
Roll out the dough, cut into squares, fill with potato mixture, and fold. Boil for 5-7 minutes until they float.
Borscht Soup Preparation

Cook the Vegetables
In a large pot, combine all vegetables and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Season the Soup
Add vinegar, salt, and pepper, and adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve
Ladle soup into bowls and top with a dollop of sour cream.
Cheese Buttons Preparation

Shape the Buttons
Scoop spoonfuls of dough and shape into small buttons.

Boil the buttons for 3-5 minutes until they rise to the top.
