Prepare the Beef Patty
In a bowl, combine ground beef with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Form into two patties.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of smoked cheddar on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assemble the Burger
Toast the burger buns if desired. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Place the beef patty with cheese, top with bacon, and add onion rings. Cap with the top bun.
