Espresso Preparation

    Brew Espresso

    Brew 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker.

    Shake with Ice

    In a cocktail shaker, add the brewed espresso shots and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

    Add Milk and Vanilla

    Strain the shaken espresso into a glass filled with fresh ice. Pour in the milk and add vanilla syrup to taste. Stir gently to combine.

Vanilla Cold Foam Preparation

    Combine Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and vanilla syrup.

    Whip the Cream

    Using a hand mixer or frother, whip the mixture on high speed until it forms soft peaks.

    Top the Espresso

    Spoon the vanilla cold foam over the shaken espresso in the glass.
