Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Cut in Butter
Add the unsalted butter to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Milk
Pour in the milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute.

Cook Sausage
In the same skillet, add the breakfast sausage and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Stuff Biscuits
Divide the dough into equal pieces. Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and cooked sausage in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.

Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
