In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Fold the rainbow sprinkles into the batter gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
